Kathy began her career as a chemical analyst in industry and soon moved into management, expanding her qualifications in QMS 9001, EMS, OHS and IMS along the way. She has extensive experience as a change manager and applied QMS priniciples to rebuild floundering organisations into profitable and stable businesses. Kathy founded HSEQ Auditing and Consulting with a view to apply her deep knowledge of business management and the ISO Standards to diverse business systems and structures. She is passionate about building best practice within polices and procedures to ensure sustainability and stable profits in an ever changing world.

Donna came into auditing and consulting along a very different route. As a young graduate she worked in Marketing and Office Management; quickly becoming a department manager developing overseeing complex production systems within a manufacturing organisation. After a period, Donna moved into education and, as a Head Teacher, regualrly reviewed and implemented faculty policy and played an integral part in the strategic planning team. During this time, Donna was also considered an expert teacher and mentored beginning teachers on understanding and meeting the Australian Institute of Teaching Standards to gain proficiency. Recognising a passion for best practice and business management systems, Donna returned to the business world and became a qualified QMS Auditor and NDIS Auditor. Not only can Donna develop policy and procedure critical to best business practice but she is an accomplished educator who can step in and provide high quality relevant and engaging training to suit your specific business needs.
